Sam Lowes (Parkalgar Honda) set the quickest time of 1 minute 31.737 seconds in this morning's free practice for World Supersport, held in cold and poor visibility conditions. The British rider was followed by his compatriot James Ellison (Bogdanka PTR Honda), ahead of yesterday's pace-setter Luca Scassa (Yamaha ParkinGO).
Ukrainian rider Vladimir Ivanov (Step Racing Honda) made a major breakthrough with fifth quickest time, ahead of Broc Parkes (Kawasaki Motocard.com), who crashed on the cold tarmac.
