Walter Sciacca has been appointed the new Managing Director of Imola's Autodromo Internazionale Enzo & Dino Ferrari, replacing Pier Paolo Gardella.
Born in Palermo in 1973, Walter Sciacca has a notable experience in the world of two wheels, having been involved in event organization, promotions, media presentations, product tests, driving schools, and the organization of one-make trophies.


He has also been Managing Director of the Sciacca Group, which has over the last 11 years has organized more than 1000 track event days in Italian and European circuits. His activities have always been carried out inside race tracks, thus giving Walter Sciacca an intimate knowledge of how a circuit is run.


This year he was Event Coordinator Manager for the return of World Superbike to Imola, making a major contribution to the success of the event.
